OTG Technologies Group (OTCBB - OGOH), founded by Toronto entrepreneur Stuart Turk in 2000, has evolved from a Canadian sole proprietorship cellular packaging company to a multi-industry Value Added Reseller (VAR) and systems integrator of Information Technology hardware and software solutions throughout Canada and the United States.

The company provides high-end Information Technology products and services via multiple operating divisions: OTG enterprise cater to Fortune 500/1000 entities and SMEs (Small to Medium Business Enterprises) financial, government, automotive and insurance clientele; OTG Healthcare specializes in digital imaging, data management and storage for the healthcare industry, from small clinics to large hospitals; OTG Digital Media is dedicated to technologies and solution services for the Digital Video, 3D Animation, Special Effects, and Audio markets; OTG Creative focuses on the prepress, print, graphic design and marketing industries; and OTG Research specializes in high-end computing, mass storage and clustered computing systems for the education market with a concentration mainly on Colleges and Universities. Compuquest, established in 1989, was one of Canada's premier B2B value added reseller's and systems integrator of computer hardware, software and supplies to 100's of clients including many Fortune 500 corporations.

Compuquest has been rewarded for the past nine consecutive years for their product excellence and dedication to customer service with the Consumers' Choice Gold Award for Business Excellence in the Category of Best Business Computer Dealer.


Founded in 1988, Infinity Technologies was one of the country's largest VARs, Infinity Technologies had built a thriving business reselling prestigious hardware, software and packaging consultation solutions for large Canadian corporations. They offered outstanding enterprise management systems as well as integration solutions targeting storage, security and disaster recovery and complete service and preventative maintenance of all hardware they sell. Additionally, Infinity had vendor relationships with numerous industry heavyweights inclusive of IBM, HP and Toshiba.

Go Motion + Design is a full in-house studio offering distinctive multimedia services.
The client is actively counseled throughout a project and advised on the most advantageous branding methods and best multimedia vehicle for their desired and target market.

Go Motion has added to its client ranks primarily via 'word of mouth' since its January 2005 launch, establishing that its creative and customer-friendly reputation has preceded it.

Helios|Oceana, founded in 1993 and acquired by OTG February 2005, was Canada's premier technology integrator providing complete system solutions to entertainment, education, print and publishing industries. The company was widely recognized by many Hollywood studio collaborators and Universities for matching and creatively assimilating the right technology to their performance needs.

Since 1994, Solutions in Computing had been successfully providing technologies and services to the digital content creation market. Their equipment and solutions platform afforded a more effective use of technology and greater efficiency in a client's everyday operations, as well as a strong return on investment. A varied offering of OS X, Windows, and Linux based solutions, hardware, digital video and audio systems and 3D and visual FX software packages, provided for a superior resolution to the entertainment market's technological needs.

Founded in 1992, Concord, Ontario-based Island Corporation offered best of breed servers, workstations, storage, network and peripheral products and well-respected solution packages for the North American medical community. The company offered a complete diagnostic imaging/IT product line incorporating DICOM storage, security and all viewing needs from a great variety of industry heavyweight vendors. The company's services included DICOM connectivity, data migration, disaster recovery and Linux HPC solutions for scientific research.
