Producing a Video

First
- we schedule your video
shoot. Our team sets
a date that is convenient
for your company.
Second
- in consultation with
the company - we create
a Production Plan that
includes what we are
going to shoot, the
people that are to be
interviewed, the questions
we are going to ask,
and the focus of the
entire video.
Third
- Our team arrives as
scheduled and professionally
shoots the video, conducts
the interview, checks
what we recorded for
quality before leaving
the site and returns
with broadcast quality
video.
Fourth
- We do a "rough
cut." This is a
75% complete version
of the video with no
"smooth transitions"
or attractive graphics.
This is the video, minus
the final touches. It
is presented to the
company, streaming on
a secure link to preview.
It can also be overnighted
on DVD. The company
can then suggest further
edits and changes to
the final product.
Fifth
- The Final Edit. This
is when we make it perfect.
Transitions, graphics,
effects, clean sound,
and integrated voice
over.
Sixth
- We release the video
on our site and issue
a press release annoucing
the new video. We also
upload it to our YouTube.com
channel, TalkingStocks.
The
client company OWNS
the video. We overnight
the original raw video,
the final cut in digital
form, and all still
shots photographs to
the company. The company
is given full release
on these materials and
may use them in any
way they see fit.
